What is the Lagree Method?
The Lagree Method™ is designed to strengthen, tighten and tone the muscle fibers. It is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training method designed to build muscular endurance, muscular strength and activate the core, improve stability, and enhance overall fitness. Performed at a slow, controlled tempo, each movement keeps muscles under constant tension, which creates effective muscular stimulation, effective burn while remaining gentle on the joints and working your core the entire time. It is a precise, intentional approach to training that delivers results both inside and outside the studio.
Introducing the Lagree® Mini Pro
At Lagree Pandosy, classes are performed on the Lagree® Mini Pro, featuring the method’s first-ever angling technology. This innovative design allows for a greater range of motion and expanded hand and foot placement, creating a more dynamic and versatile workout experience. As the first studio in the Okanagan to offer the Mini Pro, we bring a slightly different version of the latest evolution of the Lagree Method™ to our community.
