You must be at least 19 years of age, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. All clients must complete a liability waiver prior to attending their first class. Lagree Pandosy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform or website. Clients are permitted to book and attend no more than one class per day. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the start of class or as outlined in your specific membership terms and conditions.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class credit or a late cancellation fee.

• Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the studio.

4. Memberships & Payments

• All classes and memberships must be paid in advance.

• Memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

• A valid credit card must be kept on file.

• Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

5. Health & Safety

• Participation involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks.
• You acknowledge and assume all associated risks.
• You agree to disclose any injuries or medical conditions.
• You must follow all instructor and staff instructions.

6. Studio Policies & Etiquette

• Arrive 5 minutes early, or 15 minutes early for your first class.

• Late entry may not be permitted.

• Store belongings in designated areas.

• Mobile phones are not permitted in the studio unless approved.

• No strong scents; maintain proper hygiene and respect others.

7. Equipment Use

• Equipment must be used as instructed.

• Proper form and control are required.

• Misuse may result in removal from class.

8. Website & Online Services

• Provide accurate account information.

• Do not use services unlawfully.

• Do not interfere with website functionality.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lagree Pandosy and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while participating or on the premises. Participation is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lagree Pandosy from any claims or damages arising from participation or breach of these Terms.
