  • The Lagree® Mini Pro is the latest innovation in the Lagree Method™, featuring first-ever angling technology. This design allows for a greater range of motion and more dynamic positioning, creating a more versatile and effective workout. Lagree Pandosy is the first studio in the Okanagan to offer the Mini Pro.

  • Yes. The Lagree Method™ is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Each movement can be modified or advanced based on your experience, and our instructors provide guidance throughout every class to ensure proper form and control.

  • Expect a full-body, low-impact workout focused on slow, controlled movement. You’ll be guided through each exercise with clear instruction and hands-on coaching. Muscles will shake—that’s part of the process. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the Mini Pro and answer any questions.

  • Classes are 45 minutes. This is an efficient, high-intensity format designed to deliver maximum results in a short amount of time.

  • Please bring:

    • Grip socks (required for safety and hygiene)

    • Water

    • Comfortable, form-fitting workout attire.  Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio if needed.

  • For best results, we recommend 3–4 classes per week. Consistency is key—the Lagree Method™ is designed to build strength and endurance over time.

  • Yes! There is free 1 hour parking right out front of the studio.  There is also paid parking on Osprey Avenue and a paid parking lot on Wilson Avenue.

  • Yes. While the workout is intense, it is designed to be low-impact and joint-friendly, making it a sustainable option for long-term training.

  • The Lagree Method™ focuses on slow, controlled movement, constant tension, and precise form. Unlike fast-paced or high-impact workouts, it emphasizes muscular endurance, core engagement, and stability for deeper, longer-lasting results.

  • Yes. We offer introductory options for new clients to experience the studio and the Lagree Method™. Visit our Pricing page for current offers.

  • Classes must be cancelled within 4 to 8 hours to avoid a late cancellation fee based on your membership or drop-in purchase. Late cancels and no-shows may result in a charge or loss of class credit. Please refer to your account for full policy details.

  • Lagree Pandosy is located in the Pandosy / Lower Mission area of Kelowna. Our address is 2696 Pandosy Street, Kelowna BC, V1Y 1V6

  • Lagree Pandosy is independently owned and operated. We offer the Lagree Method™ using the Lagree® Mini Pro, bringing a unique studio experience to the Okanagan.

  • Memberships may be paused with 30 days’ notice for planned absences. For medical leave or unexpected circumstances, we’re here to support you.

  • The minimum age to participate is 19. Clients under 19 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (19+), who must provide consent and sign all required waivers.
