Lagree Pandosy is bringing the Lagree Method™ to the Lower Mission — and we couldn’t be more excited to guide our community through intentional, method-driven movement rooted in strength, control, and connection.

As the first studio in the Okanagan to introduce the Mini Pro, we’re delivering a next-level Lagree experience through high-intensity, low-impact training designed to build muscular strength, muscular endurance, and core stability. Our vision is to create a space where fitness becomes a lifestyle, community feels natural, and strength supports you through every stage of life.

Meet Your Instructor

Danielle Courtoreille - Founder

Danielle is the founder and driving force behind Lagree Pandosy. With a passion for movement and community, she has created a space where clients feel challenged, supported, and inspired. Her classes are equal parts intensity and intention—focused on building strength, confidence, and lasting results.

Our vision is to create a space where fitness becomes a lifestyle, and strength supports you through every stage of life.

First Class?

  1. Don’t forgot your grip socks. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair we got you, they are available for purchase at our studio.

  2. Please arrive 15 minutes early for class. You’ll receive a personalized orientation on using the Mini Pro.

  3. Wear your comfortable workout attire, avoid dangling jewelry.
