A welcoming introduction to the Lagree method and the Mini Pro machine. Designed for those new to Lagree or not, this class focuses on learning the foundational movements, machine setup and intentional form that make the method so effective.
Using slow, controlled movement and time under tension, you’ll begin building muscular strength, stability, muscular endurance, mental endurance and core connection. Each class is thoughtfully coached to help you move with confidence, understand the machine, and experience the signature Lagree shake. No experience required.n.

A supportive Lagree class designed to move with you through pregnancy and beyond. Using slow, controlled movement and time under tension, this class focuses on building strength, stability, and endurance while maintaining an elevated heart rate through intentional, low-impact movement.
Each class is thoughtfully guided to meet you where you are, with extra attention placed on core connection, pelvic floor awareness and proper alignment.

This low-impact, full-body workout uses slow, controlled movement and time under tension to strengthen the core, improve stability, and build endurance in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Babies are welcome to remain beside you in their stroller while you move through class at your own pace. Whether you’re newly postpartum or simply looking for movement that fits into motherhood, this class is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected, both to your body and your community.
First Class?
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available for purchase at our studio.
Arrive 15 minutes early for class. You’ll receive a personalized orientation on using the reformer.
Wear your comfortable workout clothes, avoid dangling jewelry.
