Our Team
Lauren Philpott
Lauren is a certified Advanced Level 2 Lagree instructor with additional pre- and post-natal certification, passionate about helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their bodies. Her Lagree journey began as a new mom in Kitsilano, where she fell in love with the method’s ability to transform both strength and mindset.
After completing her training through Lagree West in Vancouver and earning her Lagree Fitness certifications in Kelowna, Lauren turned that passion into her profession. Known for her upbeat energy, supportive coaching, and form-focused classes, she brings plenty of encouragement, alignment cues, and of course—the signature Lagree shake. Lauren creates a fun, welcoming space where clients feel challenged, motivated, and leave feeling their absolute best.
Nikki Mikkelsen
Nikki is a Lagree instructor, mother of three daughters, and proud grandmother to Maria. With a supportive and approachable coaching style, she understands how intimidating it can feel to try something new and believes the hardest part is often simply showing up.
Her classes are judgment-free, form-focused, and designed to help clients move with confidence through the challenges of the Lagree Method™. Nikki creates a welcoming environment where clients feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to grow stronger both physically and mentally.
Outside the studio, Nikki enjoys time with her mini dachshund Stanley and Frenchie Darla or attending spin classes as part of her own commitment to movement and wellbeing.
Show up unsure. Leave stronger.
Jules Quesnel
Jules brings a high-energy, music-driven style to Lagree Pandosy. A lead instructor at Pace Spin Studio, she also mentors and trains new instructors, bringing strong rhythm, presence, and precision to every class.
She fell in love with Lagree for its intensity and control—the kind of work that leaves your legs shaking and your core fully lit. Expect heavy legs, deep core, and a class that challenges you start to finish on the Mini Pro.
Outside the studio, Jules is the Marketing Director for Thick as Thieves Entertainment, the team behind Denim on the Diamond, AltiTunes, Garden Party, and Rosé Disco Kelowna.
Shriya Wong
Shriya is passionate about intentional movement with purpose, helping clients build strength, control, and a deeper connection with their bodies. Her classes are designed to challenge with precision, meet clients where they are, and leave them feeling stronger—and just the right amount of shaky 🔥.
Three words to describe her classes: intentional, elevated, grounded.
Brynn McCormick
Brynn’s fitness journey began when she discovered her passion for strength training in the gym, finding empowerment in building both mental and physical strength. What draws her to Lagree is its intentional, slow, controlled approach that fosters deep focus and progression. When you come to Brynn’s class, expect uplifting energy and intentional challenges that meet you right where you are. You’ll also get early 2000s throwbacks and the occasional country remix to keep you smiling. Now, she combines her love of strength with Lagree’s mindful intensity, guiding you every step of the way.
Madi Hicks
Madi fitness has always been about more than just movement — it’s about connection, confidence, and feeling your best. A lifelong athlete, current spin instructor, and UBC science graduate, she brings uplifting energy and an encouraging approach to every Lagree class. She fell in love with Lagree for its challenging, results-driven style of training and the way it pushes both the body and mind. Madi’s goal is to create classes that leave clients feeling strong, empowered, and proud of themselves — all set to playlists featuring everything from country to house music.
